Spring is in full swing, and we’re keeping the momentum going into May with packed schedules, exciting updates, and fresh opportunities for players to grow. Whether you're a returning family or just getting started with us, here’s everything you need to know this month at Kaizen Camps & Training.
Monthly Membership – Train More, Save More
Our May Membership is now live for $175 and includes access to training six days a week!
Schedule:
Weekdays: 9AM–12PM & 3PM–7PM
Saturday: 8AM–12PM
(No Sunday sessions this month due to staffing)
Locations:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: Gaston Christian School (GCS)
1625 Lowell Bethesda Rd, Gastonia, NCTuesday: Speed, Agility & Strength at The LUV Center (Indoor)
Saturday: Pickup/Scrimmages at GCS

Heads-Up for Summer:
Our membership continues, but shifts to weekday afternoons (4PM–7PM) only, with no Saturday scrimmages due to camps.
Kings Mountain Training – Still Going Strong
Training continues at our Kings Mountain location every Monday and Friday!
Session Times:
5:30PM–6:30PM
6:30PM–7:30PM
We’re excited to keep developing players in the area and welcome new faces each week!
MLS GO League – Registration Ends May 15
We’re teaming up with MLS GO and Charlotte FC to bring a new recreational league to life this summer. If your child enjoys our pickup games, this is the perfect next step—with an MLS twist!
What’s Included:
Games + training at City Church & Gaston Christian
Official MLS jersey, shorts, and socks
Free Charlotte FC ticket
Scholarships available through MLS GO Play Fund
Volunteer coaches welcome!

We’re offering six weeks of high-energy, development-focused soccer camps this summer—all held at Gaston Christian School:

June 2–6
June 9–13
June 23–26 @ GCS Cleveland County
July 7–11
July 14–18
July 21–25
Camp Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 9AM–3PM
Friday: 9AM–12PM
Early Bird pricing ends 5 weeks before each camp—save your spot (and your wallet) by registering early!
After-School Program Expansion
We’re in talks to bring Kaizen’s after-school soccer program to New Hope Elementary, with more schools to follow.

Welcome Interns: Anna & Tate
A warm welcome to Anna Holt, our new summer intern! Anna is a Sports Management major at Belmont Abbey and will support our marketing, social media, and daily operations.
Also, a huge congrats to Tate, our current intern, for graduating this May and stepping into a leadership role. Tate will be moving to Missouri to serve as Director of Camps & Clinics at Sporting Columbia and coach both U13 Boys and at Stephens College.
Tate, thank you for all you've done—you’ll be missed, and we’re proud of you!
