Your Monthly Roundup

February Update | 2.9.2026

As we move toward the spring season, we’re excited to share what’s new at Kaizen. February brings important membership updates, new gear, upcoming programs, and continued opportunities for players to train with purpose and consistency. Everything we do is built around long-term development, and this month is no different.

Monthly Membership Update

Our Monthly Membership continues to be the backbone of consistent, year-round training at Kaizen. Designed for players who want real growth, this program provides frequent, intentional training in a structured environment that builds habits, confidence, and game understanding over time.

The membership is $175 per month, with a one-time $25 activation fee applied during the first month only. Monthly Members can train every weekday and stay sharp throughout the year without gaps in development.

Starting May 1, the monthly membership rate will increase to $200 per month. All current members will be grandfathered in at their current rate as long as their membership remains active.

Beginning May 1, memberships will also include Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking, allowing coaches and players to better monitor progress, identify strengths, and set clear development goals.

Monthly Membership Perks

Monthly Members receive:

  • Unlimited access to small-group training sessions

  • The ability to train every weekday

  • Access to pickup games

  • Access to LUV Center training sessions

  • Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking (starting May 1)

  • 25% off all Kaizen camps

  • 25% off Kaizen merchandise

  • A monthly Kaizen membership training shirt

This program is built for players who want consistency, accountability, and steady improvement—not short bursts of training.

Kaizen Gear Requirement (Starting May 1)

Beginning May 1, all players will be required to train in official Kaizen gear. Players may wear any Kaizen shirt—green, white, pink, black, or other approved Kaizen apparel.

This helps create a unified and professional training environment, allows coaches to easily identify players during sessions, and reinforces the shared standards and culture we expect across the program.

Our new monthly membership shirts have officially arrived and will begin being distributed to new members starting in March. Current members can purchase the updated shirt now for $25.

Afterschool Programs

Our Afterschool Programs are back at both Gaston Christian School locations, and we’re excited to continue expanding for the 2026–2027 school year. If you can help connect us with school administrators, we’d truly appreciate the support.

Lowell Campus Details

  • Program begins February 20

  • Runs every Friday for 8 weeks

Schedule

  • K–2nd Grade: 2:15 PM – 3:00 PM

  • 3rd Grade & Up: 3:15 PM – 4:00 PM

This program provides a fun, structured environment that supports consistent development right after school.

Homeschool Academy

Our Homeschool Academy continues to grow, and we’re excited to keep building it throughout the year. Sessions run Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00–10:00 AM, offering a structured and engaging environment for homeschool athletes to train, compete, and develop together.

If you know a homeschool family, co-op, or group that might be interested, we’d love to be connected. Community support plays a big role in helping this program grow.

Goalkeeper & Individual Training

Goalkeepers can train through individual sessions or small-group settings, with a focus on technical development, footwork, distribution, decision-making, and confidence. These sessions are led by former Belmont Abbey goalkeepers Nick Allen and Gianna Carneglia.

Individual and small-group training is also available for field players looking for more focused attention alongside our regular group sessions.

Coaches, Staff, and Intern Opportunities

We’re currently looking for coaches, staff members, and motivated college interns for our spring and summer programs. If you or someone you know is interested in gaining hands-on experience in coaching, training, or sports management, we’d love to connect.

Kaizen Shop Updates

We’ve added new and limited-release items to the Kaizen Shop, along with a few remaining favorites:

  • New Pink Kaizen Shirts – Available now thanks to the support of Taylor Law PLLC. Limited quantities available.

  • St. Patrick’s Day Clinic Shirt – A green, St. Patrick’s-inspired design available only to clinic participants. This shirt cannot be purchased and is limited to the first 75 registered athletes.

  • New Monthly Membership Shirt – Our updated design continues to be distributed monthly to active members.

  • Black Monthly Membership Shirt – Still available while supplies last.

  • Kaizen Hats & Pullovers – Limited inventory remains.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We’re grateful for our current sponsors who continue to support Kaizen and our athletes. We’re actively looking for additional sponsors for camp and clinic shirts, offering businesses a great opportunity for visibility while supporting youth development. If your business is interested, we’d love to start the conversation.

Reminders

  • Please reserve training sessions at least 4 hours in advance through the Acuity Scheduling app.

  • Sharing your Kaizen experience with a Google or Apple Maps review helps new families find us.

  • Spots for camps, clinics, and programs are limited—early registration is encouraged.

  • Our website is currently under construction. If you notice any glitches or formatting issues, they’ll be resolved soon.

Thank you for being part of the Kaizen community and trusting us with your athlete’s development. We’re excited about what’s ahead this spring and summer and look forward to continuing the work together.
